stratos285proxl
After this year I was fed up with my trolling motor. Its an 80 Pd thrust but it only feels and runs like a 20 pd thrust. Its running on a 24 volt system also. Any suggestions?

BulletDeuce
What brand is the TM? Seems like the voltage of your batteries is ok. Have you checked the voltage of where your TM plugs in? Troubleshooting a TM problems turns into a PITA

95Nitro
Are your batteries wired up correctly? Make sure you are getting 24v at the plug, my next step would be to chk the 12/24 switch.

stratos285proxl
Yes I have checked the blade. I thought that was the problem too. I've had everything looked at by one of my buddies that worked at Watson marine and had a battery rep look at them too. Everything was fine with the hook up and batteries
