JoeP
A buddy of mine has one and I tried it for a few casts and wasn't wildly impressed. It was supposed to be a fast action but seemed moderate at best to me and the handle was kind of bulky. In that price range I like the Wright and McGill Skeet Reese rods better. I have 3 of those and I've been happy with them, although they will be replaced with Cashion rods as funds allow.
smalljaw
Halo rods are all moderate to moderate fast actions, I think that is why they don't list the line, lure, or action specs. I contacted to company about the rod action and they explained that the rods have increased flex for use with super lines, and that is ok but even with braid I'm not sure how you could worm or jig fish with a moderate action rod.
