pitchin pigs
A guy from work is wanting to go with me and fish for these god awful things. He said he uses chicken livers but there has to be a more effective way I would think. would be going at night mid may to early june. I need someone to give me a starting point on what area of the lake to fish and what structure. I know that should be close to the topwater bite for hybrids. I don't cast net so live shad isn't an option. Any help would be much appreciated!
trackertxw175
one of the last fishing trips i ever had with my late father in law was a stripe trip and we caught them on chicken livers. cut a piece of of a pair of wife's nylons and put on hook to hold livers on. after the ugly incident with her oscar, this would not surprise her if she ever found out lol

bronzebackhuntr
Mid may there should be some awesome topwater action. The points on the left with all the brush on them just above misty waters cove always holds a bunch at night when the shad move up on them. Also the bouy on the left as soon as you start up the watauga side has some good night topwater action there.
zach
I always have luck with 4 or 5 inch swim baits and dall flies but I've caught a few on a spook
