brwnbass
I gave jig tying a try & i have to say, its not fun without any tools, besides a pair of scissors. I did mostly FnF flies & tightline flies. 1/8 & 1/16 oz.

softbaitmaker
Not bad if thats your first effort at doing it. They look great for just scissors. you might try a pair of Tweezers next time to wrap the line with. That is what I use to use back when I was tying. Then Scissors to cut the thread..... worth
brwnbass
I only used scissors to cut the hair & thread. The rest was done by hand. The colors dont show up very well in the pics, as some of them are multi colored. Plus i have some super secret ones im not showing!!! :D

JIGnJ()N
Looks really good! You can get a Bobbin pretty cheap at a craft store or sewing/quilting store. And if you don't have any stores like that around, ebay has plenty.

lunkerhunter1982
You can get a decent vise for around $10 at Dicks if you don't wanna pay shipping. They also have bobbins, and you can often find olive bucktail there too. Also have flat waxed thread, which is easier to work with and is stronger. You can spend $30 on basic tools and it will save you money. At least until you start ordering molds and hooks haha.
