In light of: 1) the limited parking at Pickens Bridge, 2) the dangers of running the low lake at night and 3) the theivery that can take place at Pickens ramp in the dark, the tourney committtee has decided to exercise the alternate location of this tourney. It will still be a night tourney, 7pm-3am from Ob Knob Park on South Holston. All standard TNBF rules apply. 15" minimum on smallies, 12" on largemouth & spots.
