SteveHTN
I’m not sure, but I know they’re extremely popular with the multi-species anglers up north, so seems to me if there were freeze up issues, we’d hear a lot about it. Maybe Whopper can weigh in on it if he’s ever heard anything.
Rodknocker
Thanks I love winter fishing an don’t want to get stuck with it being frozen up
Whopper
Steve is correct, lots of guys running the 36volt models on the 621 Rangers, Tritons and similar platforms. I personally haven't heard about any freezing up during the cold weather months. I have a friend that is a prostaffer and guide on Lake Erie, I will shoot her a email and ask about your concern.
