SilverFox
How do you guys use them? I've never fished with any and was looking for some ideas. Do you set them up to fish one side of the boat all the time or do you move them around? I would think that you would want your back to the running light since it's white... I'm assuming that in TN you have to keep the light on all the time when you're on the water at night? (Guess I really need to brush on the TN laws about this) Also do you guys have a white light on the boat? I was thinking about mounting something on the side where I could turn it on to light up the water around the boat for landing fish. As you can tell, I've not done much night fishing for bass. I've done a good bit of crappie fishing with lights at night but never with blacklights.
bronzebackhuntr
Mine are only set up on one side of the boat, but that's because I fish that direction 99% of the time. If you haven't bass fished at night b4 you may want a white or green light. Depth perception for casting changes bigtime after dark. Once you get used to it you will LOVE it, but it does take some getting used to. Good luck man.
Mountainman
Best advice I can give you is to hook up with someone & hit it one night to learn how they do it. Once you get a good idea, apply it to your boat & fishing style.
