Mountainman
I usually make my own jigs, flies, spinnerbaits & buzzbaits, but occasionally I see something that might be worth buying to copy the design or skirt type. I ran across THESE and ordered two that showed up yesterday. Im impressed! Havent fished them yet, so they may not catch nuthin, but as far as looks go, they are VERY nice. Ultra thick skirt made with round rubber and cut silicone gives this jig a really bulky profile. Im somewhat skeptical of the head design being as advertised, but i feel certain Ill test that out within a few casts. They are a little pricey in comparison, but seem to be of a little better quality than most off the shelf jigs ive seen.

Stratos260
Good looking jig. That does seem like a lot to pay for a jig but I have found that if you want a jig that holds together and keeps the paint on the head you have to pay a little more for them. I've not got in to making my own yet so when I buy jigs I usually buy Buckeye because they seem to be pretty tough and have a good hook. Mountainman
Well, I threw this jig some saturday night, but didnt get bit on it. Of course, I was getting bit on other things, so I didnt throw it much at all. I will say that I was right on the skirt....looks awesome in the water. Round rubber & cut silicone really pulsates. Have to wait and see if the fish agree with my opinion.
davidcaldwell21
I was lucky enough this year to get to know some of the guys at dimiki and to help endorse them at a few of our tx early on in the season...class act guys with really great products. those jigs are top of the line for sure. I'm hoping to get on their pro staff next year! If you wanna see some real producing products...give the monster miki a try on a carolina rig!
